Yes, we are fully insured for all services offered.
This varies depending on bookings and the size of any current bookings. Generally we aim to fit you in within 7 days from receiving your request however we advise to book earlier rather than later to avoid disappointment. We will however try to be as flexible as possible to fit in around you.
No, we are happy to arrange to collect/drop off keys locally to the property and there is no requirement for you to be at or remain at the property whilst we carry out any work.
The owner of the business 'Sam' will complete all booked jobs. Dependant on the size of the task an additional team member may be present.
Yes, if you are at the property we will ensure that you are happy before we leave. If you are not at the property, or we are completing work to be checked by your landlord or agent; we will return free of charge to correct any issues identified.
We ask that oversights are notified within 5 days of the work being completed.
For cleaning work; the guarantee for the work will only be valid if the property remains empty, we are not liable for any further dirt caused by use or access to the property. This includes occupying the property or removing items, furniture, refuse or personal effects.
For other work; the guarantee remains valid as long as issues have not been caused by mis-use, alterations or wear and tear.
We strive to achieve the best results possible but general wear and tear and misuse of items can cause lasting damage. If you are concerned about what can be done, please contact us via WhatsApp with pictures and we will be happy to advise you.
We use all of our own products, equipment and tools. We ask that parking, electric and hot/cold running water is available. Areas to be cleaned or worked on must be accessible and free from large amounts of items unless prior agreement has been made.
For gardening work; please ensure there is sufficient space in the appropriate garden bin. If there is no garden bin available, it is full or if the waste needs to be taken away; please confirm this prior to commencement of the work as this will incur an additional charge.
Any fridges and freezers to be cleaned must be turned off and defrosted.
For pressure washing work; an outside tap must be available unless agreed otherwise. We do carry a selection of internal tap adapters.
The easiest way to get a quote is by phone or text message. Depending on the requirements it may be necessary to ask for some pictures to enable us to quote you accurately. In certain circumstances it may be necessary for us to come to your property to provide an accurate quote but we will be happy to discuss this with you.
Yes, we carry all of the tools and equipment with us and we will make sure that we have everything that we need to complete the tasks.
Yes, a full invoice detailing the work completed can be provided.
Payment is normally due within 7 days of the completed booking however this can be extended on an individual basis. Payment can be made in cash, via bank transfer or cheque.
We endeavour to help wherever we can. We would be happy to discuss your requirements with you. If we are not able to provide assistance, we will do our best to advise you and suggest someone that may be able to help.
Bookings cancelled within 7 days of the booking date will be charged at 50% of the total quote/booking amount. If the booking is unable to be completed on the day due to absence of property access, electric, hot/cold running water or other reasons whereby the tenant/owner is responsible; 50% of the total quote price or £50 will charged whichever is greater.
Yes we are pleased to already undertake work for local letting agents and are always happy to work with other agents in the area.
For furnished properties; where feasible small items of furniture will be moved for cleaning. Larger items such as beds, wardrobes, large appliances etc will not be moved to avoid damage to furniture and flooring. Every effort will be made to ensure a thorough clean.
We aim to have a clear and simple pricing structure. If any items or a property is excessively soiled; please confirm this prior to any cleaning work so that we can discuss any additional charges with you and also make sure we have the right equipment.
